This new year, as with each new day and every breath, brings an opportunity to explore who we are. Who are you?
Take a nice long, deep breath. Breathe out slowly. Take another long, deep breath relishing the moment. Breathe out even more slowly. Take a long deep breath in and let it all go out at once. Everything. Do it again. And again. Relax. Breathe slowly. As you breathe, remember that you are held in love. Feel it. Know it. Feel your body relax. Keep breathing. Feel your body relax into itself, melting. Let everything go. Nothing is more important just now. Feel yourself held in love. Remember. Feel love surround you. Breathe. Breathe the love into your heart. Feel it. Remember. This is you. Love. This is who you are. In love and light, Deborah
