“My name is Paula and I first was introduced to Deborah Cort when she gave a presentation at my workplace. Deborah spoke about many topics including nutrition, awareness of the ingredients in our foods, and obtaining more energy. At the time I was experiencing gastrointestinal issues and so I approached her at the end of her presentation for more information.
I started a 3 month program with Deborah in April 2017. My goals were to become more in balance both physically and spiritually and to have more energy to engage in life more fully. I also wanted to concentrate on the foods I was putting into my body and learn how to be more mindful of what I was eating and make changes if necessary. Deborah was able to help me work through these goals by helping me to be more aware of the lack of macronutrients in my meals and suggested adding foods with colors of the rainbow to my meals; e.g., more bright vegetables. I also learned how to be more creative with food. Deborah and I explored adding healthy oil to my diet, as well as trying a gluten free diet. I am able to now be more aware of my food choices and slow down my eating and I love being creative with obtaining color in my meals. I also drink lots more water!!
Deborah also started me on the road to obtaining more balance in both body and mind. I’ve learned heart focused breathing to help curb stress and Deborah helped me define and focus on doing what is best for me and when I opened the discussion of spirituality, Deborah gently led me to being conscious of the power of spirit and thankfulness.
The most significant change I’ve experienced overall is a new outlook about my eating habits and when my physical body feels good, I am able to also connect spiritually with my beliefs. I feel that Deborah is a wonderful resource. Deborah will not tell you what to do, she merely provides information and answers to questions and is more of a guide. Deborah will give her clients as little or as much information as they want. I found myself very comfortable working with her and her depth of knowledge on many subjects is admirable. My journey has only begun and I look forward to future sessions with Deborah.”

“After discussing my recent weight gain and uncontrollable cravings I had been having with a friend, I was referred to speak with Deborah Cort, about her coaching services.
I signed up for her sessions and in the early meetings we discussed my current eating habits and change of life situation. From there Deborah was able to identify some key nutritional ingredients missing in my diet that may be a cause for these cravings for certain sweets. During our later sessions we discovered some triggers from some recent work related stressors that may have triggered the changes in my eating habits as well.
After spending time doing homework to carefully think about and jounal my feelings, I had adjusted my food selection to include the needed nutrition in my meals and I was able to successfully overcome these cravings and I've moved on to a more balanced healthy menu.
