The Labyrinth
"In a nut-shell, Sacred Geometry is, 'The use of a handful of ratios to create forms that help the seeker to resonate properly to achieve their desired spiritual goal.'" Sig Lonegren
Walking a labyrinth is a transformational experience. Using sacred geometry, the labyrinth creates a resonance that brings us into a harmonic state with nature and all that is.

If you're not able to get to or find an actual labyrinth, this paper version can offer a meditative experience as well. Keep a copy by your desk or bed and 'walk' your labyrinth whenever you feel like taking a moment to relax and come into your center.

Walking a Labyrinth
If you haven't already, I hope you will take a moment to read my blog post Walking the Labyrinth.
There are of course, many ways to walk a labyrinth - mostly I feel it's up to how the labyrinth is calling to you. But if this is new for you, here's an easy way to get started:
When walking a labyrinth, even on paper, it's always nice to set your intention before you start your journey. When you get to the center of the labyrinth, take a moment to center yourself. Breathe into your heart center. Take a few moments to be with your breath in the silence of oneness. You can stay here as long as you like. As you walk outward, feel the peace and calm. Before stepping back out into the world, take a moment to express gratitude for the experience.
Reflection Questions
Here are a few reflection questions - they don't need to be answered if you're not feeling it, they're mainly to satisfy the mind. If you wish, you can simply allow the experience to inform you.
Did the walk outward feel different than your walk inward. How was it different? How might it have been the same? Did you walk quickly or mindfully? Were you the leader or did you allow yourself to be led?
