Connecting With Love

Our life is love. This life on this earth is one of love. It's Mother Earth loving us completely, from birth until death. Are you loving her back?
I love to think how Mother Earth cares for us, how she has so many beautiful ways of showing us how loved we are. For instance, have you ever thought about how you have been given, by Mother Earth, everything you need to sustain life?
We naturally have all the food we need to not only survive, but to thrive. We don't need food made in a factory, Mother Earth has given us everything we need. We have air to breathe reminding us that we are loved with each breath. She provides us with the water our bodies need.
These items are essential to our very survival and Mother Earth has given them to us simply because she chooses to care for us in the vibration of love.
Do you eat her food, drink her water, and breathe her air with gratitude? Are you mindful of how these have been given to you in love? Are you protecting these resources and Mother Earth herself by using them wisely and caring for them as though your life depended on them?
Mother Earth loves us unconditionally. She continues to give even when we act like rebellious teenagers without care or concern for her wellbeing. But at the same time, Mother Earth is a reflection of us. Humans cannot offer to another something we aren't able to see in ourselves. When we treat ourselves with love and compassion, we treat Her with love and compassion.
My heart aches when I think how much I am loved by Mother Earth, how she gives me everything I need, and how she continues to give - in love, unconditionally. 
May your heart be filled with the warmth of the Mother and may the heart of Mother Earth be warmed by you.
