Salad: 2 heads of broccoli, washed and slightly steamed (optional) ¼ red onion, finely chopped 3 carrots, grated 1 tsp black sesame seeds 1 T hemp seeds ¼ cup raw cashews, chopped ¼ cup currants 1 tsp kelp/cayenne pepper mixture 1 T cumin, ground
Dressing: ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 3 T balsamic vinegar ¼ cup organic mayonnaise (optional) ½ t garlic powder dash sesame oil
Combine the vinaigrette with all the salad ingredients. Let sit for an hour or two (if possible) to let the flavors meld.
