Q: What sort of challenges do you work with?
A: We all have challenges that are unique to us. For me it's weight and body image; perhaps that's a challenge for you as well. If your doctor has said you need to lose weight for medical reasons, but didn't provide resources that work for you, I can help get you on track. I also work with clients in the areas of stress, digestive issues, emotional eating, overeating, emotional blocks, motivation, relationships... Basically whatever it is that keeps you feeling stuck.

Q: Tell me why I would want to work with you?
A: My own spiritual journey has brought me to an understanding of our humanity through the lens of our divinity, meaning that when we can see ourselves as divine consciousness in a human body, we start to see ourselves differently. We start to treat ourselves with more respect and love. But I also understand that when we are trying to simply make it through the day, taking the time for introspection can be as challenging as the day to day challenges we face. So I offer myself to you. To assist you in seeing a bigger picture so that treating yourself with love and respect is not only a priority, but one that comes with ease and grace. It is from this place that you experience balance, abundance, empowerment, and a nourishing relationship with yourself and life.

- I work closely with each of my clients to uncover what's underneath your challenges.
- I believe that each of us carries an inner desire of wanting to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
- I see each human as a divine being who has gifts that are waiting to be brought to light.
- I help excavate and get to the core of an issue, which is often where our blind spots are.
Q: What other interests do you have?
A: I'm blessed to be the mother of two adult sons and one beautiful daughter-in-law. My husband and I travel as much as possible and I often travel to conferences and events around the United States and abroad. I enjoy knitting, sewing, rug hooking, and decorating both indoors and out - aka gardening :) and I have a special love for writing. Over the past years I have been blessed with guidance from the Stargate Experience, Kryon, and Evolution One communities.

Q: Can you tell me about your logo?
A: I love my logo. In 2017, I spent10 days in Hawaii where I walked a labyrinth several times each day. (You can read about my experience here.) Before entering the labyrinth I would set an intention and when I had journeyed to the center, I would sit in meditation. The experience was life changing. When I got home, I designed the logo. For me, the labyrinth represents a cross section of the Earth and our human journey toward unity consciousness, the heart at the center connects us to the heart of Gaia - our Earth Mother's consciousness. The stars represent the Seven Sisters from the Pleiadian star system. Together the logo represents the sacredness of our humanity in combination with our divinity.
