  • As a Holistic Health Coach, I go beyond intuitive eating, I bring a unique perspective from my own personal journey with dieting and struggling with body image issues.
  • I work closely with each of my clients to uncover what's underneath their dieting and body image issues. I believe that each of us carries an inner desire of wanting to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
  • I see each woman as a divine human being who has gifts that are waiting to be brought to light.
  • I am able to excavate and get to the core of an issue, oftentimes when my client isn't aware of the root or source.
