The secret to great tasting kale is to strip it off the rib and then massage the kale in a lettuce spinner as you're washing it. Dry and chop the kale into small pieces.
Salad 2 bunches of kale pumpkin seeds sunflower seeds carrots, diced red onion, diced medjool dates, diced pecans, chopped cooked lentils cooked wheat berry or quinoa Dressing extra virgin olive oil lemon apple cider vinegar cumin or garam masala salt pepper Combine the dressing ingredients to taste, or add your own favorites. Garlic is always a good addition.
