What Makes My Small Group Coaching Unique
- I bring a unique perspective from my own personal journey with dieting and struggling with body image issues.
- I work closely with group members to uncover what's underneath their dieting and body image issues; I believe that we each carry an inner desire of wanting to be seen, heard, and celebrated.
- I see each woman as a divine human being who has gifts that are waiting to be brought to light.
- I am able to excavate and get to the core of an issue, sometimes when you might not be aware of the root or source.

How Does Group Coaching Work?
From the perspective of both food and lifestyle, we will take a deep dive to understand how the choices you make influence your life, how to implement changes that support health, and how to sustain those changes. The group coaching experience provides an opportunity to bring to light our unique wisdom by connecting with the wisdom of the group. I invite you to join us in this welcoming and inspiring circle where each week we'll follow our hearts as we step into a different food and lifestyle topic. |
How Often Do We Meet?
We meet once a week for 90 minutes on Zoom for 6 weeks. There’s a 30-minute optional Q&A one day during each week. I limit these groups to 4-6 women so that we can make sure that everyone feels seen, heard, and comfortable. How Much Does it Cost? $350 includes a journal, handouts, plus a special gift from me! Enrollment is by application only. Please use the form below to start the application process. How Can I Expect to Feel at the End? At the end of the group coaching session, you can expect to feel empowered around food and body, energized, and renewed. Can I Put My Own Private Group Together? Yes! Absolutely.
