DIY Workshops

Do-It-Yourself workshops are a great way to take your time and process at your own pace. After downloading the workbook I've written, you can spend a day, a week, a month mulling the material and completing the exercises and reflections. For some, the material I've covered in the workbooks is new and for others it may not something you've wanted to embody but know intuitively that now's the time.

I love the idea of taking my time to learn, especially when the material is thought provoking and life changing. That's why I came up with the idea of Do-It-Yourself Workshops.

Not only do diet's not work, they're damaging - to your body, your mind, and your soul. I know that wasn't your intention as you went on your first weight loss diet, but it's what has happened.

With this DIY Workshop you'll receive a twenty-one page workbook that will give you a thorough understanding of why diets don't work along with exercises and reflections to help you reframe your thoughts around dieting.
Diets don’t work because they go against what we innately know to be true - we’re divinely perfect just as we are in this moment.

Which brings us to the next step, a 1:1 session with me that you can use however you wish to assist you in assimilating the material.
