COACHING PACKAGES
I coach women who have food related challenges. I am not a nutritionist or a dietician. I don't offer diet plans. Rather I help my clients get to the root of their struggle and guide them in creating empowered solutions to reach their goals. In this way, food related challenges become the doorway to a wonderful healing journey.
