Eating and its Role in Stress and Relaxation - 1 hour How we eat can cause stress in the body. This workshop looks at causes of stress that effect our lives without our even knowing it often resulting in illness and weight gain. Participants will enjoy some useful, easy to apply techniques that will help them step into a relaxed state of wellbeing.
Divinely Nourishing workshops can be held during a lunch break, a staff meeting, or after work.
