If you’ve ever wondered how food can help you be friends with your gut, looked at the ingredients in a container of almond milk and thought “yuck I wish I could make my own”, or been too busy to eat properly and want to learn how to eat well on the run, this class is for you!
This fun and informative 6-week class is offered in 3 units:
Each of the 3 units includes 1½ hours of lecture/discussion and 1½ hours of hands-on playing with food.
This class is for people who are looking to up their game relative to achieving good health for themselves and their families, and for those who are interested in looking at food and wellness from a holistic integrative perspective.
